For the record, gratuitous commercials for cancer make me mad. I am sitting here with a perfectly good cup o' joe only to be reminded that I, too, might get to have another birthday next year. She looks so damn sad. Only people without cancer find this moving. Birthdays are to celebrate irresponsibly with too many drinks, giggles, friends and party favors... not this. Go away.
